.5 mile warmup then some hurdles and stretches. easy run around web hill that was about 5.30 miles.  then we had 8x100 strides!  hard core and stretches! felt good!

2.5 warmup. strides.

2 sets of 800 with 400 recovery, 400 with 400 recovery, and 200 with 200 recovery.  My splits were 2:50, 1:14 and 37.  I hit all of them and was even about 3-4 seconds fast on the 400.  I felt really good and the weather was also way nice!  then we did a mile cool down.  with core and stretching.
