once i got off the bus I did a little warm up jog and after a while we finally started the race.  I learned from last year to start in the very front or else i would be hoping over bushes on the side of the skinny trail!  so I started up front and for the most part stayed up front, well behind the super pro elite runners!  i felt good the entire time and finished with a time of 39:51.  last year I got 50:01 so this year my goal was under 40!  it was a really fun race and even though I didnt run my hardest this week, because ive been sick, it felt good!  afterwards i did a short cool down!

Very impressive race to end the week. Keep it up. You are doing great.

Even more impressive with you coming back from the sickness.
