.5 mile warm up with calesthenics(??). 2 mile warm up then some strides. then we started off the workout with a 1600 and I was right on with the split of 5:53ish. then 2x800. this really tired my legs out but that was the point. so then with the 2x150 finishes im not going to lie, my legs were kinda shaking but the 150s felt good! then a mile cool down. Then the wonderful ICE BATH!!
