.5 mile warm up with drills
2 mile warm up with strides
1x2400 with surges. the first lap was a 1:19 ish and then 20 seconds slower the next lap. Im not sure what i hit because my watch wasnt working but i think i was off a little.
then we did 2x300 which were good and then 2x150 which were also good!
1 mile cool down... good workout even though its a million degrees out here!
