.5 mile warm up with hurdles and stretches. 2 mile warm up with strides! then 2x1000.. there was really no time to hit but I hit around a 3:30. since the other girls were doing an easy run I jogged a few laps and waited to run the finishes with the boys. The first finish was a 350. then we did a heart rate recovery. then 300, 250,200 and 100. It was a fun workout and my legs were definitely tired! Afterwards we did a 1 mile cooldown and plybata and stretches! i also got a massage :)
