2.5 mile warm up at the virgin river trail. We ran towards bloomington then did a tempo run heading back to the start. I had 15 minutes and a 6:15 pace. Me and rachel stuck with each other through the whole run. We ran almost 2.5 (to be exact 2.4)! I felt great! I definitely felt better than last weeks workout on this trail. then me rachel and jordan went for about 1.5 mile cool down!
