2.5 mile warm up with drills
then we did some strides and started off the workout with 1x1600 and i hit my pace almost right on with 5:54, after that we did a 1200 and im not sure what happened but i was dead! I think i was still tired from going all day saturday! so instead of 2x1200 we skipped the second 1200 and did 2x300 and finished with 4x100. then did a mile cool down with stretches! today was hard but wednesday will be better!
