2.5 mile warm up with some strides. then our workout today was 60 seconds as hard as you can then 3min recovery then 60 seconds hard, 2 min recovery and so on. The work out is supposed to tell us our mile time which is pretty cool. then we did 300 repeats. starting with 70% all the way to 100%. after each 300 we jogged to recover then did ten push ups! cool down, core and stretch afterwards.
