2x1000 and our pace was 3:45- the first one was 3:40 and the second was 3:46. (1:30 rec.)
2x400 and our pace was 1:16- Each time I got a 1:15 (400m rec.)
2x300 and our pace was .54- Each time was .55 sec. (100m rec.)
1 mile cool down
Felt really good after not really doing workouts for a week. The wind was really blowing hard but it was good practice!
