so today the plan was to go to richfield then that changed and we were supposed to go to pine valley but no wanted to so i slept in a little and went on a run around 8:30 with my dad. we ran a 3 mile warm up then I did 4 hard 2 easy 3:1, 2:1, 1:1 after that i had about a 2 mile cool down to get mileage! I was hitting about 6-6:30 pace for the fartlek workout. felt good!
