so today was awesome! first off it was way rainy and cold which made practice way fun. so started out with .5 mile warmup with drills, another 2 mile warm up and then some strides. our workout today was 8x400 with surges. after each 400 our recovery depended on when our heart rate got back down to 120. after we were done with the 400 we jogged a little till the boys were done then we did starts. they were so much fun! so yeah then we did core and stretch.
