today we drove over to the dixie center for our tempo run workout. .5 mile warm up with some drills then we ran 2 miles out to the golf course. My pace was a 6:15 and the first mile was a little slow but I stayed consistent with a pace of about 6:20. this workout gets a little bit easier every time I do it which is nice :) then I went for a 1.5 mile cool down with rachel and doty!
