half mile warmup.  we ran around web hill! I felt great after about a half mile! then we did 8x100 strides.  Then of course the awesome...tabata! <3

woke up at 5am to run the virgin river trail with my dad!  It was fun to run that early in the morning because it was still cold!  Like usual it took me about a half mile to warmup and to stop the knee pains but I really enjoyed the run!
