met at bgbs house and went out on the trails. we went out about 4 and then rachel found a little ravine thing so of course we had to see what was down there so we ended up with 9 miles but at mile 6 on the dike we started to speed it up. since no one told us our pace we just went faster...i was around 6:40 to 7 min. pace. then we did about a mile cool down to get back to bgbs house. when we got to her house she made smoothies, since i dont like fruit it was my first time ever trying a smoothie and it wasnt that bad! good way to start the weekend!
