Im single...
I had monday runday in pe today and we ran a mile so yeah...
at practice we did our half mile warm up with drills then an easy 5. felt good!
.5 mile warm up with drills
2 mile warm up
4x800 at 1:20... 1:20 felt a little easy so i think we did more like 1:18-19s.
1 mile cool down with ice bath!!!
.5 mile warm up with stretches.
4 mile kenyan run
4x200 with spikes. felt good!
core and stretching!
easy 5
i actually ran on the trails because my knees have been bothering me then i did a 2 mile power run. not sure my time but im pretty sure i wasnt on pace.
