.5 mile warm up with calesthenics(??).  2 mile warm up then some strides.  then we started off the workout with a 1600 and I was right on with the split of 5:53ish.  then 2x800.  this really tired my legs out but that was the point.  so then with the 2x150 finishes im not going to lie, my legs were kinda shaking but the 150s felt good!  then a mile cool down.  Then the wonderful ICE BATH!!

Most people were at the snow canyon meet today but me and a few others had an easy run out on the trails.  nice and easy 6 miles!

.5 mile warm up with hurdles and stretches.  2 mile warm up with strides! then 2x1000.. there was really no time to hit but I hit around a 3:30.  since the other girls were doing an easy run I jogged a few laps and waited to run the finishes with the boys.  The first finish was a 350.  then we did a heart rate recovery.  then 300, 250,200 and 100.  It was a fun workout and my legs were definitely tired! Afterwards we did a 1 mile cooldown and plybata and stretches!  i also got a massage :)

Desert Hills Invite

2 mile warm up with strides

then the 1600, I got out to a good position and lead the pack about the first 2 laps. then orem and hurricane came up the last 1-2 laps.  My time was 5:20, 3rd place and qualifying for state.  It was a pretty good race!

2 mile cool down.

I woke up around 8:10 and decided to run to the school to watch the 3200 race.  Its about 2.5 to the school.  So I got there and watched courtney, the boys and sam!  They all did awesome!  Then I ran home, ate lunch and my mom drove me back to the school to watch the 800, warm up and race in the 4x400. I was the first leg in the race and my time was about a 1:03-1:04ish.  which is a pr from a few weeks ago!  the 4x4 is a really fun fast race!  after that I got a half mile cool down.
