3 miles this morning
2.5 mile warmup, some strides, 3x1600 repeats, 400 recovery in between each repeat then one mile cool down with plyobata and stretches! Today I felt pretty good...at least waayy better than last week. I hit all my times or came within two seconds. (pace was 6:02) and on our warm up me, bgb, micah, and dallin made up a gang! so yeah we're cool...
